Links to your other social media pages - eg. ‘Like us on Facebook? Don’t forget to follow us on Twitter @Yourbusinessname!’

1. Ask questions - these can be related to your product or service, or even just topical questions (e.g. Do you think Australia will 'outgold' England at the Olympics?) depending on how relevant the topics are to your fans.
2. Create event pages - For your sales or in-store events and then share the event as your status update.
3. Caption contests - Upload photos or images related to your industry and ask fans to write funny captions to win a prize.
4. Encourage ‘check ins’ - Offer special location discounts for fans who check in to your store or business e.g. ‘Show one of our sales attendants that you have checked in to receive a 10% discount off your purchase’.
5. Give away free stuff - Encourage fans to share their great experiences with your products/services, and in exchange send them a free promotional gift such as a t-shirt or pen with your company's branding on it.
6. Think seasonally - eg. If its Christmas or Easter, update your cover photo with a seasonal picture and ask fans what they are doing for the holidays.
7. Promote a ‘fan of the month’ - choose a fan who often comments on or shares your posts, and feature them in a ‘thank you’ update.
7. Random (but interesting!) trivia - find interesting facts about your industry/products that your fans might not know and post to your page.
